Booking and Boarding Terms and Conditions

 

Reservations can be made in the following ways:

It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to correctly indicate all details regarding boarding, namely:

• Number of passengers.

• Luggage quantity and specifications.

• Flight schedules with flight code (if applicable), time and place of boarding or disembarking.

• Extra props if necessary.

For example: baby chairs.

 

Payment can be made in full upon arrival at the boarding point.

Any error detected after booking must be communicated to the company as soon as possible, so that, if necessary, we can take appropriate action.

 

Euro tours cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided at the time of booking. We suggest that the reservation is made 24 hours in advance for greater efficiency on our part.

Any change to the flight, train or other transport schedule that interferes with the pre-arranged time must be communicated as quickly as possible,so that we can resolve it in the best way.

 

• If no change in schedule is communicated, we are not responsible for the driver remaining waiting, nor will there be a refund from us.

 

Each passenger is entitled to carry one suitcase measuring 90cm×50cm×25cm and one hand luggage. If the luggage does not comply with these measures, it must be communicated at the time of booking. • Any other type of luggage other than suitcases – such as golf equipment, skis, surfboards, among others – must be communicated at the time of booking.

 

• Any baggage or material not previously mentioned and which interferes with correct driving may be refused at boarding time.

 

The driverwill welcome you with a sign containing your name at the agreed place and time.

Animals are accepted as long as they are properly conditioned.

Otherwise, transportation may be refused without the right to a refund.

It will be denied boarding to people who exhibit behavior considered inappropriateand that may: influence the driver's driving or attention, be considered a threat to the vehicle itself.

 

In this case, no refunds will be made.

 

The journey is non-stop from the boarding point to the destination.

 

Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
